How To Maximize Your Annual Leave For 2020 Long Weekends
Next year 2020 has three more long weekends as compared to 2019 with just four long weekends! According to a statement by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM), 2020 has seven long weekends – with four falling on a Friday and three falling on a Sunday out of the 11 public holidays in Singapore.
For public holidays such as Chinese New Year on January 25 and 26, Hari Raya Puasa on May 24 and National Day on August 9 which fall on a Sunday, the following Monday will be a public holiday as well.
The other four holidays which will guarantee you a long weekend are Good Friday on April 10, Labour Day on May 1, Hari Raya Haji on July 31 and Christmas on December 25 that fall on a Friday.
The other two public holidays are Vesak day on May 7, a Thursday and Deepavali on November 14, a Saturday.
