What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
As we have outsourced our logistics and transport to a third party company, their charges are indicated on the description section of every product. The delivery charges for each products vary so look carefully.
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
We accept Interbank Transfers, Paypay or SmoovPay.
- Interbank Transfer: Send us a printscreen or picture of your transfer to verify your payment. Once the payment has been verified, we will contact you for delivery arrangements
- Paypal: Complete the payment via the Paypal website and they will automatically send us the confirmation once you have completed the transaction. Visa, Masters and American Express are accepted.
- SmoovPay: Similar to Paypal, except that you do not need to sign up for New Account to complete the transaction. Visa, Masters and American Express are accepted.
How long will delivery take?
Earliest delivery availability is indicated on the description of every product. On average, the waiting period is 60-90 days from our overseas warehouse; fastest being 5 days from our Singapore warehouse. You will receive a confirmation call us after you have completed the transaction.
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?
We do not trade customers’ details and data with anyone outside this company. All information provided are kept with utmost confidentiality and respect.
What exactly happens after ordering?
You will receive a call from us within 1-2 business day to confirm the order. We will also advise the earliest delivery date (for items available in Singapore).
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes, you will receive an invoice via email after you have completed the transaction process. If you do not receive it, give us a call and we will sort it out.
