Caring for Cast Iron Cooking Grills
- Do not wash the Cast Iron cooking grills.
- Season it before using to prevent rust. Oil your cooking grills generously preferably with olive oil and close the hood. Switch on the BBQ grill and leave it on medium to high heat for 10 minutes. Repeat this process 3 times.
- Use a grill cleaning brush to brush away any food residue left on the cooking grills after cooking.
- Oil the cooking grills and store it away!
